The Hot Lips 2 collection is a range of lipsticks inspired by iconic celebrity muses, featuring both the moisturizing K.I.S.S.I.N.G formula (satin finish) and the creamy, long-lasting Matte Revolution formula.

The "Refill Recharge" is the lipstick bullet only, designed to be slotted into the unique, collectible Hot Lips 2 outer case (sold separately with the original lipstick, or as part of a set).
